BattleVerse India is an inter-college esports platform that organizes competitive gaming tournaments and events, including BGMI and other skill-based esports competitions, for students and gaming communities across India.

Participants must meet the eligibility criteria mentioned for each event, including age limits, college enrollment (if applicable), game-specific requirements, and identification requirements. Participants must comply with the rules of the respective game and tournament guidelines.
3. Registration and Fees
Registration fees are applicable as mentioned on the event page. The fee is charged for participation in the tournament/event and is non-transferable. By completing the payment, you confirm your registration for the specific event only.
4. Fair Play and Conduct
Participants are expected to maintain fair play and ethical conduct. Any form of cheating, hacking, exploitation of bugs, teaming (where prohibited), account sharing, or use of unauthorized third-party software/tools will result in immediate disqualification without any refund.
5. Event Modifications
BattleVerse India reserves the right to modify event schedules, formats, rules, prize pools, or to cancel/postpone events due to unforeseen circumstances, technical issues, or reasons beyond our control.
6. Disqualification
The organizing team reserves the right to disqualify any participant or team for violation of rules, misconduct, or disruptive behavior. The decision of the organizers will be final and binding.
7. Limitation of Liability
BattleVerse India shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss, damage, network issues, device failures, lag, or disruptions caused by third-party services, internet service providers, or technical problems during the event.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including logos, branding, graphics, and event materials, are the property of BattleVerse India and may not be used without prior written permission.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
