2. Event Cancellation or Rescheduling

BattleVerse India reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any tournament or event due to operational, technical, or unavoidable circumstances.

3. In Case of Event Cancellation

If an event is cancelled by BattleVerse India, registered participants will be eligible for a refund as per the Refund Policy.

4. No-Show Policy

If a participant or team fails to report on the event day, it will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be applicable.
